2. How long does shipping take?
Our shipping is processed from Monday to Friday, orders from Saturday to Sunday are processed but will be picked-up by our partner courier on Monday.
Orders bound for Metro Manila: 2 - 3 days
Luzon: 3 - 5 days
VIS-MIN: 5 - 7 days
3. How can I track my order?
Metro Manila: Since we have our own rider for deliveries within Metro Manila, a text message confirming your order will be sent a day before the scheduled delivery.
Provincial (outside Metro Manila): Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the shipping carrier's website.
4. What is your return policy?
The Maverick offers a full refund or replacement for products that have defects, and/or damaged packaging rendering the products unsafe to use. Please email us at customer-support@themaverick.ph if you would like to make a return.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet, we are yet to find a partner forwarder that can deliver for us on-demand. If you do know a solution, please contact us directly at: mavgrooming@gmail.com
6. What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

The application method varies depending on the product type. Generally, you would take a small amount of the product and rub it between your palms to warm it up, then apply. It's a general rule of thumb to put less first, because it is easier to add product if deemed necessary. Then, distribute it evenly through your damp or dry hair, starting from the roots and working your way to the ends. 13. Can I restyle my hair throughout the day after applying your products?
Yes, some of our hair styling products are designed to provide flexibility, allowing you to restyle your hair throughout the day. Simply use your hands or a comb to reshape your hair as desired. Some products may require a spritz of water to reactivate the hold.
14. How long does the hold of your hair styling products last?
The hold duration varies depending on the product and the hairstyle you want to achieve. Our product descriptions provide guidance on the hold strength, whether it's light, medium, strong, or extreme. For longer-lasting hold, you can also consider using a combination of our products.
15. Do your hair styling products leave residue or create build-up?
Our hair styling products are formulated to minimize residue and build-up. However, excessive product usage or not properly washing out the product over time may lead to build-up. We recommend using our Wingman balancing shampoo periodically to remove any residue and maintain a healthy scalp.
16. Are your products suitable for sensitive scalps?
Most of our hair styling products are suitable for sensitive scalps; however, it's always recommended to review the ingredient list for any specific sensitivities you may have. If you have concerns about scalp sensitivity, we suggest performing a patch test before applying the product to your entire scalp.
